This Privacy Policy describes how TownHarbor Media Sp. z o.o. ("we", "our", "the company") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the TownHarbor.eu website. 2. What Data We Collect
- Contact form submissions: name, phone number, and email address provided voluntarily when submitting the contact form.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically by the web server for security and performance monitoring purposes.
- Cookies: a single functional cookie storing your cookie consent preference (see Section 5).
3. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing
Contact form data is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Server log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in maintaining the security and functionality of the website. Cookie consent data is processed on the basis of compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of receipt, after which they are permanently deleted. Server log data is retained for a maximum of 90 days. Cookie consent records are retained for 12 months.
5. Cookies
TownHarbor.eu uses one cookie: th_cookie_consent, which stores whether you have accepted or rejected the cookie notice. This cookie does not track your browsing activity, does not contain personal identifiers, and is not shared with third parties. Its lifespan is 12 months. You can delete it at any time through your browser settings.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by applicable law.

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; object to processing; and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) at ul.
